Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - German Speaking Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in German to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include making cold calls, sending personalized prospecting emails, and utilizing LinkedIn and CRM tools to generate leads. If you're passionate about sales and are eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Conduct 80-100 outbound cold calls per day to potential clients.Craft and send personalized prospecting emails to engage with prospects effectively.Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms for networking and lead generation.Maintain accurate and organized records of leads and interactions in the CRM system. Percentage of Time Allocation:Outbound Cold Calls: 40%Personalized Emails: 30%LinkedIn and Social Networking: 20%CRM Management: 10% Required Qualifications:Previous sales background with a proven track record of making 80-100 outbound calls daily.Proficiency in using LinkedIn for prospecting and networking.Fluent in German. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working with Dynamics 365,, Pardot and/or other CRM toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule: Local German Hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
