Job Description A Headhunter Premium is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for an important international company establishing itself in Chile. Responsibilities:• Position the company within the industrial sector, building a network of relationships with decision-makers. • Represent the company in the assigned industrial sector and ensure the development of effective external relationships. • Manage relationships with clients, associations, industry organizations, and other relevant stakeholders in the assigned industrial sector. • Establish and maintain industry/client contacts to identify current needs and future trends in the industry. • Identify new business opportunities in line with approved plans. • Develop business plans and tactical plans for the sector and maintain action plans and budgets aimed at achieving established goals. • Meet sales targets. • Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, proposal preparation, commercial visits, and follow-up. • Knowledge of Food Safety Standards: FSSC, BRC, IFS, GMP+, HACCP, BPF, ISO 22000. • Certification of Management Systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001. Requirements:• Education: Bachelor's or Technical degree (Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Food Technology, Veterinarian, Commercial Engineer, or related fields with experience in the food industry). • Experience: At least 5 years working in the food sector and sales. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the food industry. Over 3 years of experience in selling Certification, Training, and/or Consulting in Management Systems. • Skills and Competencies: • Strong negotiation and presentation skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to work independently and autonomously. • Proactivity. • Focus on understanding and resolving client needs. • Strong resilience and tolerance to frustration. • Experience in negotiation. • Initiative to open negotiation possibilities and opportunities. • Proficient in both English and Spanish.
