Our client has an Astrology School offering courses in astrology with a psychotherapeutic framework. With a strong presence on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, our client wants to expand their reach by launching their Spanish division. To help maintain and grow our social media presence, they are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Social Media Executive. NB: You should be bilingual in English and Spanish for this role. Job Description: As a Social Media Executive, you will be crucial in managing and growing our client's organic social media accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of social media content, engaging with influencers, tracking analytics, and contributing to the overall success of our online presence. Key Responsibilities: • Bilingual Proficiency: Maintain and manage social media accounts in English and Spanish and work with translation services like Rev.com for content translation and quality assurance. • Quality Control: Ensure impeccable grammar, spelling, and accuracy in all social media posts, including correct tagging of celebrities and influencers. • Content Strategy: Understand tag strategies, post timing (reels, stories, and regular posts), and the nuances of different social media platforms to maximize engagement. • Creativity: Utilize tools like Canva and Giphy to source or design creative images and visuals when needed. • Engagement: Engage with key figures and influencers in astrology and psychotherapy by commenting on their posts and fostering relationships. • Content Repurposing: post existing content to maximize visibility and engagement across all platforms. • SEO Knowledge: Possess an understanding of YouTube SEO to optimize video content. • Collaborations: Reach out to influencers for potential collaborations and partnerships to expand our reach. • Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for content optimization. Qualifications: • Bilingual Skills: Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Astrology Knowledge: Willingness to learn astrology and participate in the company's astrology courses. • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, focusing on consumer brands. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, copywriting, and analytical social media management. • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control and high social media content standards. • Creativity: Ability to source or create engaging visual content.
