Technical Operations Manager e-commerce Amazon

We are aiming to significantly increase the number of employees and world wide operations within the next few years. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage our world wide operations as well as our helpdesk team from training to mentoring. Working hours: 11:00-20:00 PDT with one hour break (LA Time) Responsibilities• Manage budget to align with goals of business • Manage a team of 5 - looking to grow to 8-9 within the next 6 months. You need to learn the product in and out so you can guide and help others understand how they are to fix customer issues • Technical ability to understand the way our barcode scanners are programed and operate. No prior knowledge of barcode scanners is required • Track shipments across the world • Manage world wide warehouse network • Manage world wide sales channels and stock levels • Organize shipments to our warehouses and prevent out of stock scenarios • Organize and manage product inspections • New order placements • Organize product launch campaigns (Amazon, eBay, own website) • Manage helpdesk staff members and understand the problems they are facing - be the go to person for issues they can't resolve • Monitor sales trends and identify growth opportunities • Manage new business leads • Manage website sales / growth • High level meetings with corporate clients • Manage suppliers and partners across multiple continents Qualifications• 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Wizard with Microsoft Office - in particular Excel and Outlook • As close to perfect English skills - both written and verbal • Professional email manner • Strong organizational and communication skills • Strong ability to multitask • Comfort working with multiple groups within business •
