Responsibilities La oportunidad Responsable de supervisar el proceso de entrega a traves monitorear el ciclo Transporte interno y externo desde la carga, hasta la liquidación de ruta y pago de proveedores, asegurando que se cumplan requerimientos internos de PepsiCo en cuanto a los despachos y externos de los Clientes en términos de servicios, costos y controles. Tu impacto Como Supervisor de Transporte tus funciones constarían de: • Garantizar entregas oportunas a nuestros clientes, a traves de un seguimiento constante de las rutas de transporte desde la carga en los centros de distribución, hasta que finalice el ciclo de entrega, responsable de 7500 viajes al mes, desde los distintos puntos de despacho. • Los destinos corresponden a las 28 Sucursales a nivel nacional y manejará una cartera de mas de 30 empresas de transportes proveedoras. • Control de costos: gestiona el presupuesto asignado para transporte supervisando los gastos relacionados con el despacho, costos de flete, extracostos adicionales por ineficiencias. • Gestión de administrativos, equipo de monitoreo y conductores: actividades de contratación, capacitación y supervisión de equipo. Garantizar que su equipo estén debidamente calificado, cumplan sus funciones, atención de casos sindicales, implementación del modelo MOTOR dentro de PEPSICO. • Cumplimiento regulatorio y de Seguridad: asegurar disponibilidad de la Flota tercerizada, cumpliento con los estándares de seguridad y medioambientales. • Indicadores de medición: construye analiza y gestiona KPI, de tiempos y eficiencia en entregas, despachos. • Lidera la ejecución de los siguientes subprocesos: • Seguimiento de embarques – Análisis de OnTime • Rendición de Facturas. • Proceso de Rechazos. • Pago de servicios de transporte. • Controles • Negociación con clientes y proveedores. Qualifications ¿A quién buscamos? • Conocimiento en Excel , SAP y Power point en intermedio (requerido) • +2 años aproximadamente en funciones relacionadas a la coordinación/planificación de transportes (requerido) • Comunicación efectiva: La capacidad de comunicarse claramente con el área comercial, proveedores, clientes y superiores es fundamental. Escuchar activamente, expresar ideas de manera clara y concisa, y transmitir información de manera efectiva tanto verbalmente como por escrito. • Habilidades de liderazgo: Ser capaz de motivar, inspirar y dirigir a un equipo conductores, administrativo y personal de apoyo es esencial para el éxito del área de torre de control. We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to develop, manage, and implement all aspects of the marketing mix for the Extruded portfolio. You will lead the annual brand planning process for Twisties & Cheetos and manage external agency partners to execute campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the Extruded portfolio, including budget management, sampling, artwork, and eCommerce. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Day to Day Brand Management of the Extruded Portfolio to Drive Growth: • Compile multiple source consumer and in-market data to identify key brand insights and opportunities, tracking and communicating via monthly insights dashboards. • Develop annual marketing plans across partnerships, innovation, communication, collaborations and activations to deliver AOP volume, revenue, share and profit targets. • Responsible for building ongoing brand equity as measured by Kantar Pulse / BMS tracking. Product Innovation and Commercialisation on Extruded Portfolio identified above: • Proactively develop and execute product and packaging innovation to drive consumer and customer centric growth opportunities tapping into Twisties & Cheetos differentiated brand positioning. • Be the chief promoter of Extruded portfolio internally – engaging, presenting and influencing key stakeholders (Sales, Shopper, Category, R&D, Supply) to drive alignment, excitement and joint ambition for brand growth. • Provide thorough measurement and evaluation of all NPD projects. Creative and Activation Development on Extruded Portfolio • Lead Twisties always on creative model through external social agency, driving key brand health and penetration metrics (taste, flavour, fun, HH penetration, comms awareness). • Lead Extruded brand campaigns (ATL/BTL) including retailer and internal engagement. • Drive continuous measurement and improvement of Twisties social performance, leading creative/media optimisations with agency to drive growth. • Measure and track performance vs Brand KPIs, volume, share and profit objectives each month within monthly performance updates. Agency/ Supplier Management • Manage key Sampling, Social Media, Packaging, Insight, Research, Strategy, Media and Creative agencies to ensure effective brand outcomes for the Extruded Portfolio.
