D-Commerce is a new capability at MARS and need to walk in a faster speed than the rest of the business and due to its specificities, this associate will be responsible for the Customer Development of our dCommerce partners.
This associate will work closely with Digital Customer Marketing teams, playing a key role on implementing our brands strategies through communication and efficient promotions, building mutual long-term relationship with e-retailers.
This Role Is
Responsible for managing 1P & 3P online customers (Mercado Libre & PEYA ) annual GSV and strategic targets within an assigned budget and driving the growth in line with the agreed company strategy.
Deploy and track execution of promotional strategies and communications aligned with Digital Customer Marketing, also making sure our products are following Perfect Digital Store guidelines.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree (preferred areas: Business and Marketing)
Previous experience in dCommerce, Customer Marketing, Sales or Marketing for at least 2 yesarAnalytical Acumen
• Financial Acumen
• Customer Execution & Measurement
• ECommerce Expertise.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Drive and manage eCommerce customers
Manage Mercado Libre,Pedidos ya being accountable for their P&Ls Implement the dCommerce strategy delivering the growth planned through balancing the short-term business results and a long-term sustainable business model. Implement measure and monitor the performance of each account plan (GSV, NSV, GMAC, ledger targets, invoice issues and payments, budget, case fill) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan.
• Deploy and track execution of our Digital Customer Marketing strategies
Ensure best in class execution of the strategy and buildi mutual long-term relationships with local e-retailers (e.g. through Joint Business Plans)
• Keep record of all promotional activity executed, including communications, deals and the results achieved for each campaign
• Maintain regular tracking about the execution of our portfolio, making sure the Perfect Digital Store guidelines are executed and defined targets of compliance are met, assessing the Digital Merchandising teams when in need for support about content.
