Our client is a leading Astrology School with a psychotherapeutic framework. They offer a unique learning experience to individuals interested in mastering the language of Astrology. Our client's school launches twice a year, attracting students worldwide. We are expanding our reach and are looking for a talented and bilingual Social Media Specialist to join our team. NB: You should be bilingual in English and Spanish for this role. Position Summary: Our client is searching for a detail-oriented and bilingual Social Media Specialist to support their organic social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This role involves maintaining and curating content, translating posts for the Spanish division, and ensuring the highest quality in grammar, spelling, and content accuracy. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media strategies, content creation, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and manage our social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. • Translate and QA posts for our Spanish division, ensuring accurate and engaging content. • Implement tag strategies, optimize posting schedules (including reels, stories, and posts), and maintain our Solo.io. • Create or source creative images and graphics using tools like Canva and Giphy. • Engage with industry influencers and key figures by following, commenting, and collaborating. • Repurpose and post content to maximize traffic and visibility. • Understand and implement SEO strategies for YouTube. • Track and analyze social media analytics to measure the success of campaigns. • Collaborate with celebrities and high-profile individuals, ensuring quick response times and exceeding expectations. • Reach out to influencers for collaboration opportunities. Requirements: • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must. • Passion for and willingness to learn Astrology (access to our school provided). • 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist. • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and editing. • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on quality control. • Analytical mindset with experience in growing consumer social media brands. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to grammar and spelling accuracy.
