We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growth team. The ideal candidate is comfortable and energized by operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working on outbound opportunities across a range of industries and company sizes. Expect to work on exciting products, unique challenges and high scale environments. Our Sales Development Representatives have an immediate effect on our business success, as well as the success of our clients. Also we encourage our employees, in addition to their regular projects, to spend 20% of their time working on what they think will most benefit Pathmonk, specially around Pathmonk Climate, our initiative to make the internet a cleaner space and help with climate change. Responsibilities and Duties:• Generate qualified outbound sales opportunities/software demos that align with Pathmonk’s financial plan • Consistently meet KPI goals for meetings held, demos generated and pipeline • Record and organize activities and insights correctly in Zoho CRM • Leverage CRMs, sales engagement/acceleration/prospecting tools to effectively achieve your goals (such as Google Workspace, Apollo.io, Slack, Zoho, Zoom, Klenty and more) • Develop an understanding of customer needs, document them in the CRM and make recommendations for unique sales approaches to satisfy those needs • Communicate & pitch Pathmonk’s value to Pathmonk’s prospects in discovery/introduction calls • Prioritize & execute on different outbound lead sources (Email, Phone Pathmonk podcast, LinkedIn etc.) and prospecting priorities for efficient and effective sales opportunity (software demo) generation • Host the Pathmonk Presents Growth Podcast to drive awareness • Meet weekly with sales team to strategize and provide feedback where needed Required Qualifications and Skills:• 2+ years relevant experience as an outbound SDR at a technology company • Previous experience selling SaaS products • Consistently been a top performer in prior roles • Comfortable contacting C-Suite executives, and marketing leaders, navigating through multiple decision makers in an organization • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment with startup experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent fluency in English is essential Preferred Qualifications and Skills:• Demonstrated track record hitting and exceeding quota • Experience selling to marketing leaders is a plus • You've sold (and/or have a lot of curiosity about) Artificial Intelligence & MarTech tools • You have experience defining the SDR practice or have been a company's first SDR Please note: High proficiency to native level english is a hard requirement for this role.
