This is an inbound SDR role. There is no cold calling. We are a marketing staffing agency specializing in providing top-notch talent to our clients. We're looking for a talented and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our internal team. You will be responsible for engaging and nurturing leads, helping to maintain our HubSpot instance, and working with a Sales Exec to push deals to a close. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to eventually be a Sales Exec or an Account Manager. Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in warming inbound leads, engaging in client comms, and briefing clients and our recruiting team on their marketing hiring needs to close deals for our staffing services. The ideal candidate will have been an SDR before and has a solid foundation of digital marketing. Previous experience as an SDR in the marketing services industry or recruiting agency is a significant advantage. Again, this is a perfect role for someone who wants to eventually be a Sales Exec or an Account Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure they are well-informed and engaged with our services. • HubSpot Utilization: Proficiently use HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage tasks, and monitor client interactions. • Client Engagement: Contact clients via SMS, video, Slack, email, or other communication methods to understand their staffing needs and tailor solutions accordingly. • Client Briefing: Work closely with clients and our Sales Reps to thoroughly understand their marketing hiring needs, providing expert insights, and creating effective staffing solutions. • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our staffing agency's offerings, including marketing services, and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. • Closing Deals: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and close deals with potential clients. • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates in the CRM system. Qualifications: • Previous experience as an SDR, ideally in the marketing services industry. • 2+ years of experience • Proficiency in using a CRM • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized • Perfect written English • Self-motivated and results-driven • Ability to work independently and remotely If you are a motivated and experienced SDR with a background in marketing and you've used a CRM, we encourage you to apply!
