Your role will revolve around nurturing and enhancing relationships with venue owners, a cornerstone of our business's success. This opportunity will offer the right candidate a great platform for realizing their full potential on a global scale. ABOUT THE ROLEYou will play a pivotal role in driving supply engagement. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to our customers, addressing account issues, and working diligently to improve product value and usage. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the user experience on our platform and expanding our network of trusted venues listed on our platform. This role involves dedicating a significant amount of time to communicating directly with our customers.
