Location: Latin America (Remote) Role:The Airline Client Manager will nurture and drive client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving financial and relationship goals. Key Accountabilities: Strategic Account Management● Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business objectives.● Monitor client account activities, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon goals and performance metrics.● Prepare and present regular reports on account status, project progress, and performance metrics.● Ensure meeting of Project requirements based on the contractual terms.● Project implementation, monitoring and scaling based on the timelines set.● Ensure process compliance with approved procedure & work documentation at the process/contractual level. Compliance and Delivery Management● Coordinate the implementation of our solutions with airline clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery.● Liaise with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer support) to resolve client issues and enhance service offerings.● Manage client projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.● Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution● Coordinating with all stakeholders, internal included, for the flawless execution of plans to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.● Regular check-ins and scheduled calendar of meetings to proactively ensure alignment and goal achievement.● Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.● Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.● Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.● Report and escalate issues proactively to management as needed.● Manage and supervise compliance with all company policies.● Identify opportunities for business growth and farming of the contract. Customer Relationship Management● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at airline clients.● Act as the main point of contact for airline clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests promptly.● Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Regular agenda driven meetings, calls and reviews. Performance Measurement, Management, Monitoring● Set internal targets based on project plan status.● Preparing and compiling status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.● Review project status on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.● Manage and implement the corrective and preventive action of project level complaints and escalations.● Support, Mentor & provide support to project team.● Drive best practice/idea sharing.● Identify training areas based on project requirements. If any Capabilities & Skills:● Prioritizing & Organizing● Good communication skills – must be able to communicate in fluent English & Spanish. IS A MUST.● Portuguese is desirable.● Strong People skills.● Analytical and problem solving skills. Special Role Requirements:● Ability to meet strict deadlines, which will require flexibility to work long hours.● Willingness to take additional responsibility.
