The Role Responsibilities • Handle emergency client calls, gather necessary information, and create detailed service tickets. • Dispatch service teams efficiently and track the progress to ensure timely resolution. • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and technicians, providing updates and managing expectations. • Assist with lead generation and organizing marketing efforts during quieter periods. • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, confidently guiding them towards choosing our services.
